计算机用屏蔽电缆(或称DCS系统用电缆) Computer Shielded Cable (Cable for DSC system) 本产品适用于电子计算机网络及控制系统，或抗干扰性能要求较高的检测装置和仪器仪表的连接。 It is used as connection cable of inspection devices and instruments with high demand on interference resis- tant performance in computer network and control sys- tem. 一、生产执行标准：Q/SY.J.04.030-2004参照采用英国BS5308标准。Executive standard:Q/SY.J.04.030-2004 or BS5308 standard for reference 二、使用特性 1、交流额定电压U0/U：300/500V；电缆导体长期允许最高工作温度：聚氯乙烯绝缘分70℃、105℃两种；聚乙烯绝缘为70℃；交联聚乙烯绝缘为90℃（绝缘交联类型可分为硅烷交联和辐照交联）。2、最低环境温度：固定敷设-40℃；非固定敷设-15℃。安装敷设时环境温度：不低于0℃。3、电缆允许最小弯曲半径：金属带绕包屏蔽或钢丝、钢带铠装电缆不小于电缆外径的12倍；非铠装软电缆或编织屏蔽电缆不小于电缆外径的6倍。 Performance for Usage 1: AC rated voltageU0/U：300/500V. Long term working temperature of cable conductor is 70℃ & 105℃ for cable with PVC insulation, 70℃ for cable with PE insulation and 90℃ for cable with XLPE insulation.(XLPE insulation includes silane XLPE & irradiation XLPE insulation.)2: Min. environment temperature is - 40℃ for fixed laying and -15℃ for non-fixed laying.
