交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆XLPE INSULATED POWER CABLE一、交联聚乙爆绝缘电力电缆简介 Brief introlluction to Xlpe lnsulated Power Cable我国自从六十年代以来，交联染乙烤电缆得到飞速发展，已经取代了油浸纸绝缘电力电境，交联电黣，因其具有优异的电气性能、良好的热过载特性，电压等级高，传输容量大、重量轻及数设不受落差、可垂直数设，电缆安装和运行维护方便等优点，它不仅可以在35KV及以下的中，低压范围内得到广泛应用，而且在66.110及220KV的高压输电线路中也已大量采用，并且在某些先进工业国家已经开发出了500KV压交联电力电缆。Since the 1960s,China has made rapid progress in its XLP'E cable,replacing the oil paper insulated power cable, Because of its outstanding electricityproperty.good overload,high voltage,.large transmission capacity.light weight and laying without drop limit,vertical laying.convenient installation andoperation maintenance and other strong points,XL. cable can not only be widely used in 35KV and below medium and low voltage scope, but also largelyused in 66,110 and 220KV high voltage transmission lines. And, in some developed industrial countries 500KV super-high voltage XL, cables have beenopened up.二、产品标准 Product Standard:我厂按国际GB/T12706-2008《额定电压1KV到35KV挤包绝缘电力电境及附件），GB11017-89《额定电压110KV铜芯，铝芯交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆）生产交联杂乙烤电埋，GB/T12706-2008标准等效国际标准IEC502-2001《额定电压1-30KV的挤包绝缘电力电境及附件），GB11017-89参照采用国际标准IEC810-1988（额定电压：30KV-150KV挤包绝缘电力电缆实验）。本厂还可以根据用户要求，设计制造具有某些特殊要求的交联电缆Our factory produces XLPE cable according to state standard GB/T12706-2008 "Rated voltage 35KV and below copper core and aluminium coreplastic insulated power cable" and GB11017-89 "Rated voltage 110KV copper core and aluminium core XLPE insulated power cable" .The GB/T12706-2008 standard is equivalent to international standard IEC502-2004 "Rated voltage 1-30KV plastic extruded and wrapped insulated power cable.TheGB11017-89 standard adopts intermational standand IEC840-1988 "Rated voltage 30-150K extruded and wrapped insulated power cable experíment" .Our fatory can also design and produce some XL. cable for special requirements according to clients' demand.三、使用性能 Property for Use:1电缆导体的高额定温度为90℃。2短路时（长持续时间不超过5S)电缆导体的高温度不超过250℃.1. Max,rated temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃.2. For short eireuit (max. sustained time not exeeeding is), max.temperature of eable conductor not exceeding 250 ℃.四、交联电缆额定电压等级、型号、规格规定 XL cable rated voltage grade,type and specfications:电缆额定电压的选择：电缆额定电压应适于使用电缆的系统电压和运行状况，用U./U（Um）表示，单位为KV。U.——电缆设计用的导体或金属套之间的额定电压U——电缆设计用的导体之间的频定工频电压。Um——设备高电压（使用设备的系统高电压的大值)Cable rated voltage selection: Cable rated voltage should be suitable to the system voltage and operation conditions of used cable,expressed by U'./Ai(U'm), all are effective value, unit is KV.U. -rated voltage between conductor for cable design and sereen or metal sheath.U - rated industrial frequency voltage between conductors for cable design.U'm -max. voltage of equipment (max. value of max. voltage or equipment system used).五、相系统用电缆的额定电压如表1规定 For rated voltage of system cable,see Table 1.单位 Unit：KV表1Table 1U3610152035631101:303.617.524Uim7.212364272.5126 1类电缆0.68.721183.6612183664Category 1 CableU第2类电缆260.63668.7121848-Category 2 cable注：以.按系统接地故障持续时间不同分为两类，具体分类如下：1类电缆——用于单相接地故障时间每一次一般不大于lmmin的系统，也用于长不超过8h，年累计不超过125h的系统。第2类电境——用于接地放障时间更长的系统，对电境绝缘性能要求较高的场合，也可采用第2类。Note: L'. is divided into two categories according to different sastained time for system' s earthing breakdowreCategory I- used in sstem with singe phase earthing breakdown genernly les than I min. each timealbo used in les than 8h,an accumul-ation of less than l25h in a year._____.__.______._______.._____..__.Categoty 2- used in system with earthing breakdown more longer, and also used in places with relatively higher demand in cable insulation.
