产品概述
KYN28A-12(GZS1-12)型户内交流金属铠装中置式开关设备。它适用于三相交流额定电压12kV，额定频率50Hz电力系统，用于接受和分配电能并对电路实行控制、保护及监测。
本产品符合GB3906《3~35kV交流金属封闭开关设备》、GB/T11022《高压开关设备和控制设备标准的共用技术要求》、IEC60298,IEC62271-200《额定电压1KV以上52KV及以下交流金属外壳开关设备和控制设备》:DL/T404《户内交流高压开关柜订货技术条件》标准的要求
型号及特点
正常使用条件 Normalservice conditions
● 环境温度:最高温度+40℃，最低温度-15°C(特殊工艺下，可达-45°C);
● 环境湿度:日平均≤95%，月平均值≤90%;海拔高度不超过2500m(特殊工艺下，可达4000m);
● 抗地震度;地震烈度不超过8度;
● 周围空气应不含腐蚀性或可燃气体、水蒸气等明显污染:无严重污秽及经常性的剧烈振动，严酷条件下严酷度设计满足1类要求;
● 注:超出上述正常使用条件时，用户可与制造厂协商确定。
结构特点 Structuralfeatures
开关设备按GB3906-2012,IEC62271-200:2012中的铠装金属封闭开关设备而设计。整体是由柜体和中置式可抽出部件(即手车)两大部分组成(见图1)。柜体分四个单独的隔室，外壳防护等级为IP4X，各小室间和断路器室门打开时等级为IP2X。具有架空进出线、电缆进出线及其它功能方案，经排列、组合后形成一套完整的配电系统装置。本开关设备可以从正面进行安装、调试和维护，因此它可以背靠背、组成双重排列和靠墙安装，提高了开关设备的安全性、灵活性、减少了占地面积。
