1、产品用途 Application

产品适用于交流额定电压0.6/1kV及以下起重机、港机、堆取料机、风机、轧机、焦炉等机上固定敷设用软电缆，电缆绝缘护套及导体结构柔软，阻燃耐热、耐寒、耐磨、防油、防腐蚀等特性。广泛用于冶金、电力、石油化工、船舶工业、港口及移动设备制造等行业。

注：起重机小车挂缆用扁平电绳参照丁腈绝缘及护套扁平电缆；堆取料机、港机用电缆移动设备卷筒用0.6/1kV低压扁平及移动设备卷筒用450/750V通讯扁平电缆。

The products are used on 0.6/1 kV derricks, port cranes, stackers, air blowers, rolling machines and coke ovens for fixed erection. The insulation layers and conductors are soft in structure. It has features of flameretardant, hot and cold resistance, abrasion proof, oil and erosion proof. They are widely used in metallurgy, power plants, petrol chemical industries, vessels, ports and mobile equipment manufacturing.

Note： The suspending flat cable for derrick trolleys refer to NBR insulated and sheathed flat cable; The cable for stackers and seaport machinery refer to 0.6/1 kV flat cable for mobile machinery with rolling barrel, and 450/750V comcation flat cable for mobile machinery with rolling barrel.

3、使用特性Working conditions

1、交流额定电压：U /U 0.6/1kV ; 0 最高工作温度：105℃ ;固定环境温度：固定敷设-40℃;

2、电缆移动安装敷设应不低于-25℃ ;

3、允许弯曲半径：最小为电缆外径12倍。
