GCS Draw-out Low-voltage Switchgear Assembly
1 用途Purpose：
GCS型低压抽出式开关柜是一种模块化的配电装置，共有两种结构型式，一是出线开关装于可抽出的抽屉中，通过插件与母线相连接，另一种一采用插入式塑壳开关，装于可打开前门的固定间隔中。两种结构的抽出式开关柜都可以在其他间隔带电的情况下进行检修，相同的模块可以互换；操作人员与带电体严格分开，安全性高。适用于发电厂、变电所、石油化工、厂矿企业及高层建筑等部门，作为三相交流频率为50（60）Hz额定工作电压至380V的电力系统中的动力、配电和电动机控制中心、电容补偿等的电能转换、分配与控制用。亦可满足自动化用户与计算机接口的需要。
GCS low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is a modular distribution device. There are two types of structure. One is the outgoing switch installed in the drawer which can be drawn out and connected to the bus by plug-ins; the other is the insert plastic shell switch installed in the fixed interval where the front door can be opened. The withdrawable switch cabinet of two kinds of structures can be repaired under the condition of other electrified interval, and the same module can be exchanged. Operators and charged bodies strictly separated, high safety. Suitable for power plant, substation, petrochemical industry, factory and mining enterprises and high-rise building departments, as three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz rated working voltage to 380V power system power, power distribution and motor control center, capacitance compensation and other power conversion, distribution and control. Can also meet the needs of automatic user and computer interface.
3 特点Characteristic：
Ø 柜体由2.0mm镀锌钢板制作，以模数化型钢组成骨架，无焊组装而成，门和封板采用无化学处理环保喷塑工艺。
Ø 以钢板间隔成功能单元室、母线室、电缆室，各功能隔室严格分开。
Ø 水平母线平置于柜顶母线室，电缆室上下皆有通道，可上下出线。
Ø 抽屉和开关所处位置及状态有明显标志，且各位置均能锁定。
Ø 单柜出线回路多，最多可达22个。
Ø 产品符合IEC439-1、 G7251、 ZBK36001-89标准。
Ø The cabinet body is made of 2.0mm galvanized steel plate, which is composed of modular steel frame and assembled without welding. The door and sealing plate are made of environmental protection plastic spraying technology without chemical treatment.
Ø The energy unit room, bus room and cable room are separated by steel plate, and the functional compartments are strictly separated.
Ø The horizontal bus is placed in the bus room on the top of the cabinet.
Ø Drawer and switch position and state are clearly marked, and each position can be locked.
Ø Single cabinet out of the circuit many, up to 22.
Ø Products comply with iec439-1, G7251, zbk36001-89 standards.
