1.1  概述 Overview

我司提供的环氧树脂绝缘干式变压器具有以下特点：

抗短路能力和耐候性强：低压采用箔式线圈，高压采用分段圆筒线圈，线圈浇注在环氧树脂中，线圈采用先进的定向凝胶技术，使环氧树脂凝胶反应透彻无应力积聚。具有极好的机械强度和耐候性。

过载能力强，阻燃性好：采用国际先进的饱和填料薄绝缘环氧树脂真空浇注技术，使产品具有更大的散热容量和良好的阻燃性能。

耐热等级高：采用H级环氧树脂，具有更好的耐热性能。

局部放量小：真空浇注压力浸渗工艺和均匀的场强设计，避免了浇注时残留气泡，局部放电量很小。

环境适应性：带填料环氧树脂材料与线圈导体的热胀系数更加接近，气温或负载聚变不会引起树脂开裂，致密的环氧树脂绝缘保护层具有百分百的防潮防水性。

Strong overload capacity, good flame retardant: the use of international advanced saturated packing thin insulation epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, so that the product has greater heat dissipation capacity and good flame retardant performance.

High heat resistance grade: H grade epoxy resin is adopted, which has better heat resistance.

Small local discharge: vacuum pouring pressure infiltration process and uniform field strength design, avoid residual bubbles during pouring, local discharge is very small.

Environmental adaptability: the packed epoxy resin material is closer to the thermal expansion coefficient of the coil conductor, the temperature or load fusion will not cause cracking of the resin, and the dense epoxy resin insulation layer has 100% moisture and water resistance.
